President & Founder
Christopher Hester founded Kinnser Software in 2003, when he began developing a Web-based software for home health agencies. Mr. Hester maintains a central role in the continuing development of Kinnser's product line and working with agencies and industry consultants to improve the quality of technology available to home health providers. Mr. Hester brings to Kinnser more than a decade of experience in information technology primarily focused in healthcare applications.
Chief Financial Officer
Brian Thomson provides leadership to Kinnser Software regarding finance, accounting, human resources and customer support/training. Prior to joining Kinnser, Mr. Thomson worked ten years for Rackspace in a variety of roles, including Finance Director-International, Managing Director-International, VP-Corporate Development, and finally US Chief Financial Officer. He has an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. He earned his Bachelors in Business Administration from Baylor University.
George D. Santillán
Chief Information Officer
George Santillán's responsibilities at Kinnser include the software engineering, testing and production operations of the Kinnser.net system. Mr. Santillán brings more than 20 years of software engineering experience. Prior to Kinnser, he was VP of Product Development at Trintech in Dallas, Texas and held software development leadership positions with CSC and Ernst & Young. Mr. Santillán received his BS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
Vice President of Business DevelopmentPrior to joining Kinnser, Michael McAlpin worked for various technology and consulting companies and has ten years of proven solutions delivery in information technology. His experience led to the development and launch of ADLware Home Care Software in 2010 to meet the industry’s growing needs. Today, Michael offers strategic solutions for change and growth in the development of Kinnser, and provides insight and leadership for private duty agencies.
Vice President of Client Services
Shirley Fritsch leads Kinnser’s Support and Training teams, bringing over 20 years experience in customer service and technical support leadership. Her success and personal emphasis on productive customer interaction is reflected in the support and training services that Kinnser provides our customers – from thorough in-person and online training programs to superior telephone and e-mail support. Ms. Fritsch holds a BBA from Texas A&M University.
