Kinnser’s senior leadership team has decades of experience in health care and related industries, enabling them to chart a successful course for improving care for thousands of patients while achieving the company’s strategic goals.
Mr. Hester founded Kinnser Software in 2003, when he developed a web-based software for home health agencies. He maintains a central role in the continuing development of Kinnser's products and is deeply committed to improving the quality of technology available to home health, private duty and hospice providers. Mr. Hester brings to Kinnser more than a decade of experience in information technology primarily focused in healthcare applications.
Mr. Thomson provides leadership to Kinnser regarding finance, accounting, human resources and customer support/training. Prior to joining Kinnser, Mr. Thomson worked ten years for Rackspace in a variety of roles, including Finance Director-International, Managing Director-International, VP-Corporate Development, and finally US Chief Financial Officer. He has an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin.
Mr. Curtin leads Kinnser’s Sales and Marketing teams. Prior to joining Kinnser, he was VP of North American and Enterprise Sales at Austin-based Bazaarvoice. Mr. Curtin has 20+ years experience with fast-growing tech companies, including three SaaS companies he helped lead to public stock offerings — FreeMarkets, Ariba (now an SAP company) and Bazaarvoice. Mr. Curtin received his BS in Organizational Communication and International Business from Ohio University.
Mr. Dolisy leads the Engineering and Product organizations at Kinnser Software. Mr. Dolisy brings more than 20 years of experience in product strategy and software engineering to develop and deliver commercial software products to market. Prior to joining Kinnser, Mr. Dolisy was SVP, CTO and CIO for SolarWinds, a leading provider of IT management software. Before SolarWinds, Mr. Dolisy held multiple positions at NetIQ and BindView Development.
Mr. Chan has built his career around helping customers be successful with technology solutions. His role at Kinnser Software is no different, providing leadership related to all facets of post-sale customer interactions: implementation, custom development, support, training, and account management. After completing a degree in Electrical Engineering at Western Michigan University, Mr. Chan moved to the warmer climate of Austin, where he has cultivated nearly 20 years of customer success experience, with notable previous tenures at Metrowerks/ Motorola, SolarWinds and LogicMonitor
Mr. Chapman leads Kinnser’s national sales organization. After joining Kinnser in 2008 as a Sales Executive, Mr. Chapman's success-oriented sales approach enabled him to advance to become Director of Sales and now Vice President of Sales. Mr. Chapman has a degree in Accounting from San Diego State University. Prior to Kinnser, he worked in finance and accounting for entertainment powerhouses AEG Live, Viejas Enterprises and House of Blues.
Mr. Chlebos brings more than 18 years of human resources experience to Kinnser Software. As Vice President of Human Resources, he is responsible for overall HR strategy to build a strong performance-driven culture at Kinnser. Prior to joining Kinnser in 2012, Mr. Chlebos spent over 10 years in human resources leadership roles at Whataburger, including HR projects, M&A activity and HR Field Support. Mr. Chlebos holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin at La Crosse.
Ms. Sarkar Thomas leads Marketing and strategic growth initiatives at Kinnser Software. With more than a decade of SaaS software experience in a variety of Austin-based startups, Ms. Sarkar Thomas brings with her a focus on developing markets, scaling processes, and reaching new audiences. She holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of Virginia.
Mr. Wright oversees tax, accounting, and financial reporting and analysis at Kinnser. Prior to Kinnser, Mr. Wright worked for twelve years at National Instruments in several financial leadership roles overseeing global financial reporting, budgeting, and the company’s European and Asian manufacturing and distribution sites. Prior to that, Mr. Wright worked for several other technology companies in Austin as well as a nine-year stint in public accounting with Andersen. Mr. Wright is a Texas CPA and has an MBA from the University of Texas and a Bachelors degree in accounting from Angelo State University.
