Account Development Representative
Kinnser Software is looking for an Account Development Representative to join our team. This person will be responsible for follow-up activities with marketing leads and prospecting into specified accounts, presenting Kinnser solutions, qualifying fit/need, and setting up scheduled meetings between the prospect and field sales.
This is a critical role for building sales pipeline opportunities for the field sales team. The Account Development Representative will be the front line for presenting Kinnser Software to prospective clients.

About the Position
- Meet a quota of qualified sales opportunities for Kinnser's field sales team
- Proactively prospect into target accounts and work with area sales to establish a territory penetration strategy
- Qualify prospects based on interest, need, and time, and gather critical sales intelligence
- Build relationships and rapport with key contacts at prospective clients through discussion of business needs and potential technology issues
- Articulate the Kinnser value proposition clearly and confidently by phone, email, and in person
- Consistently log activities and intelligence into Salesforce.com
- Provide feedback to marketing on sales tools, prospect intelligence, and results from campaign follow up
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to continuously improve demand generation processes and best practices

About Candidates
- 3+ years experience in an inbound and/or outbound lead generation or inside sales role
- Experience with SaaS and/or healthcare market experience is a plus
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce.com
- Strong lead management experience
- Proven success in prospecting and developing pipeline in a new or under-developed territory
- Proven track record of achieving corporate quotas and personal goals
- Ability to handle objections and educate prospects in a consultative manner
- Ability to manage prospect relationships over a long period of time to cultivate latent demand
- Ability to understand and deliver the value proposition of specified software solutions
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation and initiative
- Professional business acumen, good presence, confidence, and interactive personality
- Willingness to simultaneously accept and contribute new ideas
- Manage time well and routinely prioritize tasks by their intended impact
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- BA/BS degree preferred
