Sales Representative
Position Summary:
Would you like to join a small and growing organization focused on selling a unique service that improves the healthcare industry? This new position is responsible for selling Kinnser Software's industry-leading Web-based service to Home Health industry that dramatically increases revenue, lowers costs for our clients while improving patient care. This person will be responsible for new business sales, and will report directly to the Vice-President of Sales.

Position Responsibilities include:
- Use qualified leads to generate new prospects and then convert those prospects into signed contracts.
- Act as point person (under the supervision of the VP of Sales) for preparation of quotations and proposals and subsequent contract negotiations with new clients.
- Demonstrates product and technical knowledge in providing detailed and effective online and in person product demonstrations.
- Track sales activity on a weekly basis and complete monthly sales reports for senior management.
- Responsible for maintaining a current (daily/weekly) prospect database for all prospects.
- Successfully hand-off new clients to Client Services for training and implementation.
- Provide feedback to Marketing and Tech Support in developing effective and professional sales and training materials for company capabilities and services.
- Assist marketing in identifying prospects for new products and services.
- Monitor competitors and propose changes in strategies or tactics for senior management review.
- Assist in collecting outstanding accounts receivable as needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Position Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of successful sales experience and proven ability to exceed sales goals.
- Very strong oral and written communication skills with a good sense of humor.
- A passion for closing the deal.
- Experience in effectively using a consultative selling style.
- Very comfortable using the Web.
- Demonstrable proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in healthcare and/or technology sales a STRONG PLUS.
- Ability to travel when required.
