ScrumMaster

We are seeking an experienced ScrumMaster to lead our Agile adoption and coach our teams to reach their highest potential. Responsibilities
- Play a key role in ensuring Agile principles are properly implemented and adopted.
- Coaches the teams to adopt agile principles, team standards, tools and best practices.
- Organizes and facilitates daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other agile related meetings.
- Identifies and removes impediments, prevents distractions.
- Facilitates discussion and conflict resolution.
- Captures and analyzes metrics to aid in determining areas for process improvement.
- Radiates information to ensure transparency.
- Coordinates and facilitates defect work-off.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience.
- 2+ years working as an Agile Project Manager in a Scrum/Kanban implementation.
- Must possess a broad knowledge and experience in the software development industry.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of Agile development principles and best practices (e.g., transparency, self managing teams, test driven development, etc.)
- Requires the ability and desire to mentor and coach others.
- Advanced problem analysis and problem solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a good sense of humor.
- Experience managing projects for commercial software products (SaaS) desired.
- Previous technical development background desired.
- Scrum Master certification desired.
