Position Title: Training Specialist

Position Summary:

Kinnser Software, the leading online health care technology firm with a track record of triple-digit annual growth, is looking for a creative, industrious Training Specialist to join our team. This is a dynamic, customer- facing training and implementation role. The Training Specialist is responsible for conducting onsite and Web-based customer training sessions for our online applications. Additional responsibilities include development/enhancement of training courses and materials, implementation and special projects. We’re looking for an individual who is passionate about improving health care and sharing the benefits of Kinnser’s solutions with our clients. This position will require 80% travel domestically.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct both onsite training sessions and Web-based implementation for new clients of Kinnser’s software
  • Maintain training materials for Kinnser users in collaboration with Senior Management and the Technical Writer
  • Provide follow-up Web-based refresher training for clients on an as-needed basis
  • Conduct regular Webinar trainings for current clients
  • Bring product feedback to Kinnser to be incorporated into the enhancement schedule Other duties as assigned

Position Skills and Experience:

  • Training and/or public speaking experience - software/technology training experience is strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good sense of humor
  • Ability to provide examples of training materials you have created and conduct an example training session as part of the interview process
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to work independently
  • Demonstrable proficiency utilizing the Web, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to travel 80%
  • Healthcare experience a plus
  • Nursing (RN) or bachelor's degree a plus
