Training Specialist
Kinnser Software, the leading online health care technology firm with a track record of triple-digit annual growth, is looking for a creative, industrious Training Specialist to join our team.
Position Summary:
Would you like to work in a dynamic customer-facing training and implementation role for a leading health care software company? This new role is primarily responsible for conducting Web-based customer training and other e-learning initiatives with our clients for our online applications. Additional responsibilities include development/enhancement of training courses and materials, implementation and special projects. We're looking for an individual who is passionate about improving health care and sharing the benefits of Kinnser's solutions with our clients.
Position Responsibilities include:
- In collaboration with Senior Management and the Technical Writer, this individual will create/maintain training materials for Kinnser users.
- Following the sale of Kinnser's services, the Training Specialist will be introduced to the new client by the sales team.
- Conduct both Web-based and on-site implementation for each new assigned client
- Provide follow-up Web-based refresher training for clients on an as-needed basis
- Conduct regular Webinar trainings for current clients
- Bring product feedback to Kinnser to be incorporated into the enhancement schedule
- Other duties as assigned
Position Skills and Experience:
- 3+ years of training and/or public speaking experience - software/technology training experience is strongly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good sense of humor
- Ability to provide examples of training materials you have created and conduct an example training session as part of the interview process
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to work independently
- Demonstrable proficiency utilizing the Web, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to travel ~25%
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Nursing (RN) or bachelor's degree a plus
