Christopher Hester President

Christopher Hester founded Kinnser Software, Inc. in 2003 and holds the position of Chief Executive Officer.

At Kinnser, Mr. Hester maintains a central role in the continuing development of Kinnser´s product line, as well as a prominent role working with leading agencies and industry consultants to improve the quality of technology available to home health providers. Mr. Hester brings to Kinnser more than ten years of experience in information technology primarily focused in healthcare applications. Prior to Kinnser, he held senior level positions with companies including Medem, Inc, The Health Channel, and Baylor College of Medicine.

Scott Hester Vice President of Sales

Mr. Hester brings over 14 years of sales experience to leading Kinnser’s robust sales and training teams. His direct experiences with our client agencies and therapy organizations enable us to provide in-depth, organization-specific trainings, and to expand our application services to better meet our subscribers needs.

Keith A. Davis Vice President of Operations

Recruited from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX where he managed finance and operations for neurology, Mr. Davis provides leadership in internal operations and financial management for our growing organization. Mr. Davis brings more than 20 years experience in healthcare operations management. Mr. Davis received his MBA in Finance from Duke University, and holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Shirley Fritsch Director for Client Services

Ms. Fritsch leads Kinnser’s Support and Training teams, bringing over 20 years of customer service and technical support leadership. Her demonstrated success and personal emphasis on productive customer interaction is reflected in the support and training services that Kinnser provides our customers – from thorough in-person and online training programs to superior telephone and e-mail support. Ms. Fritsch holds a BBA from Texas A&M University.
